Problem:

You like to delete the System Reserved partition in Windows.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Open a elevated command prompt and execute the following command:
    bcdboot C:\Windows /s C:
  2. Mark the C: Partition as Active within the Disk Management
  3. Reboot the machine
  4. Delete the System Reserved partition
  5. Reboot

Now the System Reserved partition is gone and you can Extend the C drive using a Third-party tool.
